If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a documentation issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at our support page with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened product for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days — contact us first to authorize.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when a refund is processed.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, the returns process above applies.
