They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not food, drugs, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic benefit.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution to purchase. By placing an order you affirm both, and that you will use, store, and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

2. Permitted use

Products may be used only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. You agree not to administer any product to humans or animals, resell for such purposes, or misrepresent the intended use.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in USD. The final price, shipping, and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment is taken. We may cancel and fully refund any order we are unable to fulfill or that we believe violates these terms.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card statement will show an accurate merchant descriptor identifying Iron Forged Compounds. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Compliance & refusal of sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended human use or any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Forged Compounds is not liable for any misuse, or for damages arising from use outside the intended research context.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Iron Forged Compounds operates.
